"Decided to give this place a try instead of going to McDonald's. 100% worth it to be honest. The food is awesome, and more filling than McDonald's. I was wondering if a medium bowl was going to be enough or not, and it turned out to be perfect. The ginger pork and Teriyaki Chicken tasted great. I'll definitely be coming back. I don't understand all the negative reviews this place has. Perhaps I came in on a good day."

"Consistently good meals. The bowls are excellent value, with great variety of salad and meat options (which all taste delicious). The line can get long but service is quick as. I usually get the medium bowl and it can last me for 2 meals - where else can you get 2 meals for $15 in today’s world! Always coming back here when I’m in town and want to get a bang for my buck rather than wasting my money on anything else around the area."

"& Bowl is my one of the favourite Japanese food i like to eat whenever I got out,Its healthy option and also it taste better and so good I end up eating everytime I go with salad, toppings and sauce and also tofu it goes very well….Must try this bowl its yummy…."

"Wish we had this food in Aus! Teriyaki chicken was amazing. I ate here everyday for a week cos it was so good. My fav takeaway food ever!!!! I’ll come back to NZ just to have it again."
